Dr Meaghan Kall

Meaghan is an Epidemiologist in the National HIV Surveillance team at Public Health England and Lead for the Positive Voices surveillance programme.

Prof Jeffrey Lazarus

Dr Jeffrey Lazarus is an Associate Research Professor at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), Hospital Clínic, University of Barcelona, where he leads the Health Systems Research Group. He developed the concept of the "HIV Fourth 90."

Dr Nicoletta Policek

Dr Policek is the Chair of HIV Scotland and works in academia.
